Each image generation costs a minimum of 2 credits (Standard model) or 6 credits (Pro model). Monthly and yearly subscribers receive credits that refresh each month. Unused credits do not roll over — they expire at the end of each billing cycle.

You pay a one-time discounted fee (33% off monthly pricing) and receive credits monthly over 12 months. Credits are distributed each month and expire at the end of that month. If you cancel mid-year, credits continue to be issued through all 12 months — but the next year will not be charged.

Yes — within 7 days we refund the unused portion only (refund = price paid − used credits × per-credit rate). For yearly subscribers, refunds are calculated at the full monthly rate (without the 33% discount). No refunds after 7 days. Contact our support team.

To change plans, cancel your current subscription first, then subscribe to the new plan. Cancel: You can cancel any time. Monthly plans stop at the end of the current month. Yearly plans continue issuing credits through all 12 months — only the next year's charge is stopped.
